I am blessed to be living in the second half of my life. Age has relaxed, mellowed and ripened me. Acceptance and gratitude have become daily medicines. I now know that tending to my inner self is the fuel that creates my vitality and well-being.

My three wonderful children have grown into adults and I am also blessed with the gift of grand mothering. My life’s work is guiding and teaching children and parents towards better and better relationships. As an early childhood educator, my passion is to help young children cultivate healthy core beliefs; those inner ideas we all hold about ourselves. In Mother’s Medicine Circles that I facilitate, we learn to cultivate self-love and acceptance-healing nectars for our own inner child. It is my sincere hope and sacred intention that the Bless You Mom deck shines a soft light on the powerful, healing and sacred Mother/Child relationship.

I love to translate an idea into visual form and work to incorporate symbols, archetypal images and bold colors into my design work. After completing my degree in Fine Art, I worked in the natural foods industry for thirteen years, most recently as the Marketing Director of Whole Food Market/West Coast. From this lengthy, multi-faceted work experience, I developed a strong connection between business, good stewardship and right relationship. I knew that one day I would birth a business with these three at its core.

Three years ago, I became a Mother and my life, magically and wonderfully, deepened. My daughter, Noelani, has ignited my passion to make a difference in the world. I feel excited about the potential that Bless You Mom has for my own self-healing and the healing of other Mothers. My days are now happily spent as the Marketing Director of Mothering Magazine.
