Bless You Mom is a brand wholly owned by Dayasagar Global Solutions, we ship within India only and we have integrated Shiprocket as our Logistics partner which in turn uses reputable courier partners like Xpressbees, Delhivery, Fedex, Bluedart and many more. Free Shipping

Free Shipping applies to standard shipping orders over ₹1000. For all orders below that amount a nominal shipping fee of ₹50/- is charged.

There will be an additional ₹50 charges applicable on all COD orders. COD is applicable only on Orders above ₹499. Currently, due to covid-19 we accept pre-paid orders only, COD is temporarily unavailable, as we aim to deliver the package securely with minimum contact.

Large sized items that must ship as freight such as cribs, nursing pillows, tents, loungers etc have a separate delivery fee.

Shipping Timeline

Each of the products sold blessyoumom.com have a different lead-time. Lead time refers to the number of days within which an item will be dispatched from our warehouse. This does not include the shipping duration taken by the courier to deliver the parcel to you. Please refer to the individual product pages for detailed information.

In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will either be shipped together or in parts depending on the vendor. We will inform you via email in the case that your order is being shipped in parts.

For orders being shipped together, the longest lead time for a product ordered is applicable to the entire order.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The transit time for metros is generally 2-3 days while other destinations could take up to a week’s time to reach.

While we use reputable couriers and work around the clock to ensure your order reaches in time, Mama & Peaches cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.

Returns & Refund

At Bless You Mom, we are committed to providing superior products and service to our customers. We offer an easy return and exchange policy of unopened and unused products within 7 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return/exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging with tags intact.

Under Exchange Policy, only size exchanges are allowed. Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size. In case you wish to purchase another item as exchange, we will issue Store Credit which can be redeemed against the new purchase.

Any shipping & COD charges will not be reimbursed. 

The following types of products – once accepted by customers cannot be returned:

  • Refrigerated items such as Butter, Cheese, Dahi, Ghee etc.
  • Seasonal and Festive items such as Almonds, Cashews, Gift Packs, etc.
  • Items purchased in Bulk quantities
  • Personal utility items such as undergarments, handkerchiefs, socks, and cosmetics.
  • Fresh food and non-food items such as cakes, fruits, and flowers.

Shipping Timeline & Returns FAQ:

What if my order arrives late?

We are very sorry if your order arrives late! Late arrivals are often due to problems the shipping company is experiencing (weather, truck problems, loss, etc.). If you paid for a faster shipping time outside of the standard shipping please contact our Customer Service Representative via email at [email protected] with your order number and concern.

How quickly will my order leave your warehouse?

In-stock and non-drop ship orders will be processed and shipped within two business days (Monday – Friday).  Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday. Normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm IST. However some products may take more time to ship (Please refer to product pages for shipping timeline). Personalised/Customised products have a lead time of 6-10 days depending on the ordered product.

When will I get tracking information on my package?

You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 24 hours after your package has been picked up for tracking information to update.

I have received a partial order/damaged item or packet?

Kindly reach out to us at [email protected] for pilferage within 48 hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained.

How can I get my order delivered faster?

To get your order delivered faster, you can opt for EXPRESS delivery. It has an extra shipping charge of ₹300 per order and can only be shipped for PREPAID orders. Please write to us at [email protected] for any such requests

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we don’t, but we are working on it. However, if you are abroad and want to send a gift hamper to someone in India, we will be pleased to serve you. We accept international payments via PayPal.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

We are committed to providing superior products and service to our customers. However, we don’t accept returns and provide refunds, on food products as they are perishable.

What if I receive a damaged/broken product? 

If you receive your order and it is damaged or defected (in such an instance please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel) we shall replace the same for you. A full refund will be initiated for such cases to your source of payment or in your wallet as per customers request. The same shall apply to cases of unfulfilled orders/lost shipments or any undelivered orders. Any such refunds will take 8-10 working days (after approval of refund) to reflect in your card/bank account.
